Water damage coverage does not extend to damage caused by flood/surface water.

Report break-ins to local police and obtain a copy of the report.
Provide proof of value
Sales receipts, photos of the items, and other evidence of loss.
Keep your lock and damaged property
We will need these items to resolve the claim.
